Concepting, mood boards and art direction in the early phases
of the project
Project/Goal
The project was a reasonably straight-forward, complete re-design
with a decent amount of optimization over the original career site.
The goal was to make it easier not only to find jobs but to get
a sense of the company and it’s culture in the different office
locations around the world.
Results
In the first week:
- Page views increased by 312%
- Page views per visit increased by 174%
- User Visits increased by 59%
- Unique Visits increased by 45%
- Bounce rate decreased by 43%
